FAU Literary Author Series 2009/10

The Department of English at FAU’s Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters present the 2009/10 Inaugural Literary Authors Series & the 2010 Lawrence A. Sanders Writer-In-Residence. The Series, held at the Mizner Park Cultural Arts Center in Boca Raton, Florida, will feature a public lecture by author Forrest Gander, the 2010 Writer-in-Residence.

 The FAU Literary Authors Series is a community outreach program featuring FAU authors and a public reading by the Lawrence A. Sanders Writer-in-Residence. The series format is designed to interview authors and engage the audience in a discussion regarding the authors’ works or issue(s) addressed in their books. FAU faculty familiar with the authors’ writing will host conversations with the authors to relate life to writing while allowing for personal readings of their work.
